Poco has confirmed the launch date for its upcoming Poco X8 Pro series smartphones. Confirming the earlier rumours, Poco has revealed the lineup will include the Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max.
Although the company has not officially shared full specifications, it has suggested that the new devices will focus on improved performance. Ahead of the launch, there's a buzz on social media about the anticipated models' price range, specifications and other details.

The Poco X8 Pro series will launch on March 17 at 5:30 p.m. in India. The event will be streamed online. What To Expect
According to Gadgets360, Poco has confirmed that its upcoming X series smartphones will use MediaTek's Dimensity 8500 Ultra and Dimensity 9500s processors. The Poco X8 Pro is likely to run on the Dimensity 8500 Ultra chip, while the Poco X8 Pro Max may be powered by the Dimensity 9500s.
Earlier rumours also indicate that the models may run on Android 16 and come with 11GB RAM. The X8 Pro could feature a 6.59-inch OLED display, while the Pro Max may offer a larger 6.83-inch screen and bigger battery of around 8,500 mAh.
Expected Price
The Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max were also recently spotted on the Xiaomi Belgie website, the report added. There, fans got a sneak peak into the expected price range of these models. The report added that the Poco X8 Pro Max could start at EUR 529 (around Rs 57,000) for the 12GB + 256GB model, while the 12GB + 512GB variant may cost EUR 579 (around Rs 62,000).
Meanwhile, the Poco X8 Pro may start at EUR 399 (around Rs 43,000) for the 8GB + 256GB version. The 12GB + 512GB model could be priced at EUR 479 (around Rs 51,000). Both phones are expected in black, white and green colours.
