Brigade Enterprises expects strong momentum in residential pre-sales to continue, with over 7 million sq ft of launches planned in the second half of FY27. Speaking to NDTV Profit, Pavitra Shankar discussed the company's Q2 performance, margin outlook and growth plans across its residential, office, retail and hospitality businesses. She said improved product mix supported margin growth in the September quarter, while higher land costs remain a challenge despite stable property prices. Shankar also outlined the company's plans to double its leasing and hospitality businesses over the next few years, alongside a Rs 3,300 crore capital expenditure allocation for its office and retail portfolio.
