Indian equity benchmarks recovered on Thursday after logging their steepest single-day fall in over three months on Wednesday. The NSE Nifty 50 closed 80.75 points, or 0.34%, higher at 23,962.80. The BSE Sensex ended 238.22 points, or 0.31%, higher at 76,741.82.

Meanwhile, Oil prices extended gains after the US struck targets in Iran for a second day, raising risks to energy supplies from the Middle East. Brent crude rose as much as 1.4% to above $79 a barrel after surging more than 5% on Wednesday. West Texas Intermediate traded near $74 a barrel.

The stock was trading at Rs 172.1 apiece, rising by 4 points on the NSE. The stock closed at Rs 168.1 per piece on yesterday, on July 8.

Stock Market Live: Zostel Flags OYO IPO Papers To SEBI

Zostel Hospitality has approached the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), seeking a review of disclosures made by Prism, the parent of OYO, in its updated draft red herring prospectus (UDRHP) ahead of its proposed initial public offering.

In a 56-page regulatory representation submitted to SEBI, Zostel has alleged that OYO's draft offer document presents the long-running legal dispute between the two companies in a "materially incomplete, misleading and selective" manner.
