Punjab National Bank has announced dividend of Rs 3 per share for the fiscal year 2025-26, along with fourth quarter results on Tuesday, May 5
The lender in an exchange filing said, "recommended Dividend of Rs. 3.00 per equity share (150%) of face value of Rs.2/- each for FY 2025-26, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank."
State-owned lender reported a 14.4 per cent year-on-year rise in net profit to Rs 5,225 crore for the three months ended March 2026, driven by higher interest income.

PNB had earned a net profit of Rs 4,567 crore in the year-ago period.
However, the bank's total income fell to Rs 36,319 crore during the quarter under review from Rs 36,705 crore a year ago, PNB said in a regulatory filing.
Interest income grew to Rs 32,157 crore from Rs 31,989 crore in the fourth quarter of the previous financial year.
