Final Dividend

Final dividend announcements dominate this week's corporate action calendar. Major companies such as Infosys, Tata Elxsi, Indian Bank, Tata Chemicals, ACC, Adani Ports, Tata Steel, Tata Motors, Trent and Voltas are among the key names in focus.
INOX India and Nelco have fixed June 9 as the record date for final dividends of Rs 2 and Rs 1 per share, respectively. On June 10, Indian Bank will trade for a final dividend of Rs 18.25, while Infosys has announced Rs 25 per share. 

The busiest day is June 12, when companies such as ACC, Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports, Ambuja Cements, Canara Bank, JM Financial, Navin Fluorine, Petronet LNG, Piramal Finance, Tata Steel, Tata Motors, Trent and Voltas will trade for final dividends.

Punjab National Bank has fixed June 13 as the record date for a final dividend of Rs 3 per share.

Interim Dividend

Two companies have announced interim dividends this week. Unified Data Tech Solutions has fixed June 8 as the record date for an interim dividend of Rs 5.50 per share. MM Forgings has announced an interim dividend of Rs 4 per share, with the record date set for June 12.

Bonus Issue

Gautam Exim will issue bonus shares in the ratio of 3:1, with the record date fixed as June 10. City Union Bank has announced a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:3, with June 12 as the record date.

Stock Split

Mobavenue AI Tech has fixed June 12 as the record date for a stock split from Rs 10 face value to Rs 2.

Investors should track the record date and ex-date closely, as only shareholders whose names appear in the company's records on the record date are typically eligible for the corporate action.
