Sri Lotus Developers Sees Rising Demand For Luxury Homes In Mumbai

Speaking to NDTV Profit, Sri Lotus Developers & Realty CMD Anand Pandit said Mumbai homebuyers are increasingly seeking larger homes in better locations, while luxury buyers are moving towards ultra-luxury offerings. He said the company has seen an expansion in its client base across segments, has limited exposure to the NRI market, and remains focused on Mumbai redevelopment and ocean-front projects. Pandit added that redevelopment will continue to be a long-term opportunity in Mumbai, supported by sustained demand for new properties.
