Defence PSU major Bharat Heavy Electricals reported a robust Q4 performance as net profit more than doubled to 1,290 crore and revenue rose 37% YoY. BHEL also declared a dividend of Rs 1.40, beating Street estimates in terms of headline earnings. Shares of the state-run manufactured hit upper circuit in trade after string Q4 results caught investor's attention on D-Street. Meanwhile, Godrej Properties declared its highest-ever dividend while announcing its March quarter results today.

Q4 Results Today Live Updates: Exide Industries dividend record date
Exide Industries declared a dividend of Rs 2 per share for FY26 and fixed the record date as July 3, 2026.
"The Board of Directors, at its meeting held today, has recommended a dividend of Rs 2/- per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each fully paid up (i.e. 200%) for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 79th Annual General Meeting ("AGM) of the company. The record date for the purpose of payment of final dividend is Friday, July 3 2026, and the dividend will be paid within 30 days after the conclusion of the AGM,'' said Exide Industries in its stock exchange filing.
In another exchange filing, Exide Industries declared that its AGM will be held on July 10, 2026.
''The 79th AGM of the Members of the Company will be held on Friday, 10th July 2026 through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and Securities and Exchange Board of India,'' it said.

Godrej Properties has announced its highest ever dividend since its listing of Rs 10 per equity share for the fiscal 2026. The company announced distribution of nearly Rs 301.20 crore to shareholders. This is the first dividend since 2015.

The final dividend is subject to approval of the Members of the company at the ensuing annual general meeting. The dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders before Sept. 3, 2026. The company on July 27, 2015 had given a final dividend of Rs 2 per share.

Kotak Securities said BHEL's positive swing of Rs 750 crore could have added 3.6% to EBITDA margins. It added that Rs 750 crore positive swing in balance sheet owes to forex gain and provision reversal aided Q4 for the defence PSU major.

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd.'s board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.40 per share, alongside its fourth-quarter results. The dividend, if approved at the annual general meeting, will be paid within 30 days from the date of the meeting, the company said. The payout is higher than estimates tracked by Bloomberg, which had projected a dividend of Rs 0.5 per share. At the current share price of Rs 362.30, the dividend implies a yield of about 0.4%
