Brigade Hotel Ventures Plans To Double Portfolio By 2030
Brigade Hotel Ventures is targeting more than 3,300 keys by 2030, up from around 1,600 currently, as it bets on sustained growth in India’s hospitality sector, COO Manoj Agarwal told NDTV Profit. The company recently signed two Hyatt properties, including a 200-plus key beachfront luxury resort in Chennai and the Hyatt Devanahalli, and said demand continues to outpace supply despite recent geopolitical disruptions.
