Vivo has confirmed that its upcoming flagship, the Vivo X300 Ultra, will receive its first global preview at Mobile World Congress 2026 in Barcelona. The event runs from March 2 to March 5, and the Vivo X300 Ultra is set to be the top model in the X300 series, following the launches of the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro last year.

The company describes the X300 Ultra as representing its “most advanced exploration to date in mobile imaging and videography,” building on a heritage of professional imaging. Visitors to Vivo's presentation will get an early hands-on look at the phone's design language and key imaging features. Alongside the Ultra model, Vivo plans to display other devices, including the standard X300 and X300 Pro, the X Fold 5, and newer additions like the V70 Elite and V70 series.

Vivo X300 Ultra Specs And Features (Expected)

While full specifications remain unconfirmed by the company, leaks point to impressive imaging hardware. The rear setup is expected to feature a quad camera array led by a 200MP main sensor, potentially using an advanced Sony LYT-901 or similar large sensor for superior optics and low-light performance. A 200MP periscope telephoto for extended optical zoom is also rumoured, alongside a 50MP ultrawide unit and a 50MP front-facing camera.

Other anticipated specs include a large 7,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 40W wireless charging, a 6.82-inch flat LTPO OLED display offering 2K resolution, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, IP69 rating for durability, and a USB 3.2 Type-C port.

Vivo X300 Ultra Price (Expected)

Tipsters suggest the Vivo X300 Ultra will command a premium pricing in India, likely ranging from Rs 1,60,000 to Rs 1,70,000, due to rising costs of components such as memory.
