In a stock exchange filing on May 13, the company said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 20 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The Board will also consider the recommendation of a dividend, if any, for FY25.

The company reported a 122.76% year-on-year (YoY) jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 216.23 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 97.07 crore in Q3 FY24. Total income rose 116.99% YoY to Rs 10,460.18 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 4,820.57 crore in the year-ago period. Total expenses increased 116.7% YoY to Rs 10,178.63 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 4,696.76 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.
