In an exchange filing dated April 25, Bharti Airtel said that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on May 13 to consider and take on record the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 2025.
The Board will also consider the recommendation or declaration of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2024-25, the company informed the bourses.

In compliance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed from April 1 to May 15.

The company reported a significant 460.9% year-on-year rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 16,134.6 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 2876.4 crore in Q3 FY24. Revenue from operations rose 19% YoY to Rs 45,129.3 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 37,899.5 crore in Q3 FY24. Total expenses rose 13.54% YoY to Rs 20,532.7 crore in the December quarter compared to Rs 18,084.7 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal.

Shares of Bharti Airtel have dropped 0.41% in the past five trading sessions. In the last month, it has gained 5.32%. In the past six months, the telecom stock has climbed 18.55%. Over the year, it has jumped 18% and on a year-to-date basis, shares of the company have increased nearly 16%.
The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 1,917 apiece on the NSE on May 7, 2025. It hit a 52-week low of Rs 1,219.05 apiece on June 4, 2024.
Bharti Airtel shares ended 1.3% lower at Rs 1,850 apiece on the NSE on Friday. This compares to a 1.1% decline in benchmark Nifty 50.
