  • Info Edge: Jeevansathi business witnessed growth of 20.9% YoY. Recruitment Solutions business grew 9.5% YoY. 99Acres business witnessed growth of 1.9% YoY.
  • Bosch: The company is set to acquire Bosch Chassis Systems India for Rs. 9,069 crore from its existing shareholder, Robert Bosch, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
  • Lupin: The company has received US FDA approval for Dapagliflozin and Metformin tablets, which is a bioequivalent to Xigduo.
  • NTPC: The company has signed an MoU with France's EDF to jointly develop nuclear power projects in India. Separately, the CEA has uprated its Dadri Power Station capacity to 500 MW from 490 MW, taking the group's total installed capacity to 89,128 MW.
  • NHPC: The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) has approved the Rs. 26,070 crore Kamala Hydroelectric Project, which will receive an additional Rs. 6,834 crore in government funding and be implemented via a joint venture with the Arunachal Pradesh government.
  • KEC International: The company has secured new orders worth Rs. 2,518 crore across its Civil, Transportation, T&D, and Cables & Conductors businesses.
