The company is into commercial vehicles and predominantly in buses and mostly quarters ending March and June are peak followed by December and September seasonally weak quarters. "I think, post the recent correction, one can stay invested in the stock," he said.
Allcargo Logistics
Bohra: Start exiting if stock inches higher.
Bohra recommends only aggressive traders to continue buying this stock. "For the first time, stock is hitting its 20-day moving average but not closing above it," he noted. Bohra suggested to keep stoop loss of Rs 50. If that is breached stock is in pressure, he said. On the upside, he recommends exiting the stock if it rises to Rs 58-60.
Union Bank
Agarwal: Stock may add 20% in six months.
According, to Agarwal, Union Bank is not the best in the sector but it is showing decent growth trajectory as 11-12% trade growth is something bank is expecting to deliver. The second quarter was highest operating profit, he said. "Bank is a play where next three-six months, one can expect 15-20% return, assuming all concerns pertaining to banks NIMs pressure, deposit mobilisation goes away," he said.
Swiggy
Agarwal: Has potential to double in next two-three years.
Agarwal called Swiggy a turn-around play, as it is where Zomato was two years back. According to him, it is a high-risk-high-return bet. "In case its profitability is similar to Zomato, one can expect healthy returns from Swiggy," he said as the stock trades 40% discount to Zomato's valuation.
However, his assumption is based on the fact that company's management sticks to path of profitability.
IREDA
Bohra: Exit at higher levels.
Bohra recommends holding the stock and treating its near-term lows of Rs 185-190 as stop loss. According to him, stock is attempting recovery with good volumes. On the upside, he sees supply pressure at Rs 240-265 mark.
Agarwal said that it is one stock which one can't justify on fundamentals.
NHPC
Agarwal: Better power plays available.
Agarwal recommends not deploying capital in NHPC, as there are better plays available in the sector like NTPC. He also recommends buying ancillary sectors including transformers, and cables and wires.
