Not every film holds attention beyond its opening weekend, but Dhurandhar: The Revenge has done exactly that. Six weeks after release, it is still running in theatres — a rare feat in today's fast-moving theatrical cycle.

The film has collected Rs 1,138.71-crore net and Rs 1,362.81 crore gross in India so far, as per Sacnilk, making it one of the biggest theatrical performers of 2026.

Record First Week

Dhurandhar 2 started on a massive note. It earned Rs 43 crore in paid previews, followed by Rs 102.55 crore on Day 1. The first weekend was the peak, with Day 3 and Day 4 reaching Rs 113 crore and Rs 114.85 crore, supported by strong occupancy of over 70%. By the end of Week 1, the film had already collected Rs 674.17 crore, setting a solid base for its run.

Week 2 And 3

In Week 2, the film saw a drop but still added a strong Rs 263.65 crore. Occupancy remained between 30 to 50%, with weekends performing better than weekdays. Week 3 collections stood at Rs 110.60 crore. While numbers slowed, footfall remained steady, especially in major cities.

Week 4 To Now

From Week 4 onwards, collections began to decline gradually. Week 4 earned Rs 54.70 crore, Week 5 brought in Rs 19.52 crore, and Week 6 added Rs 12.45 crore. By Week 7, daily collections dropped below Rs 2 crore as the number of shows reduced. Even then, the film avoided a sharp fall and continued its steady run.

Occupancy Trend

The occupancy pattern reflects the film's journey. It started very strongly, crossing 70% during the first weekend. In Week 2, it settled between 30 to 50%, dropped to around 20 to 30% in Week 3, and later went below 20%. Despite the decline, the film managed to retain a consistent audience base.

Performance Across Cities

Region-wise, Bengaluru and Pune performed better throughout, recording occupancies of 36% and 34%. Mumbai and NCR showed moderate response between 13% to 18%, while Kolkata remained on the lower side at just 5%.
