DDA Housing Scheme: Booking For 1,944 Flats To Start Soon: Location, Steps To Book, Other Details

DDA has asked applicants to check its website for scheme details and the list of flats, and said those who want physical inspection can contact the officials named in the notice.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Tuesday has released a circular to announce that booking for an additional 1,944 LIG flats under its Nagrik Awaas Yojana.

According to the circular, the new flats are being offered on the same terms and conditions as the earlier scheme, with a 25% discount on the disposal price.

To book a flat, interested buyers must register on DDA's Awaas Portal at eservices.dda.org.in and take part in the FCFS process, subject to availability.

The notice says people already registered in any FCFS housing scheme of the DDA housing department will also be eligible to book under this scheme. The booking amount for the additional LIG flats will be Rs 1 lakh.

Booking Details

— The booking will begin on March 27, at 12 noon. The flats are located in Sector G-7/G-8, Narela. 

— Flats will be sold on a first-come-first-serve basis through the DDA Awaas Portal.

— The flats are spread across Pocket 6, Pocket 7 and Pocket 11 in Sector G-7/G-8, Narela.

— The notice says there are 381 flats in Pocket 6, 389 flats in Pocket 7 and 1,174 flats in Pocket 11.

Size of Flats

The flats have a plinth area of 49.9 square metres, including common area and balcony.

Cost Of Flats

After the discount, the disposal price is listed at Rs 18.43 lakh for flats in Pocket 6 and Pocket 7, and Rs 18.35 lakh for flats in Pocket 11, excluding maintenance charges.

Other Charges

The circular also says maintenance charges, conversion charges and water connection charges will be charged separately at the time of the Demand-cum-Allotment Letter.

Maintenance corpus

The circular further says that buyers will have to pay a maintenance corpus of Rs 1 lakh, along with monthly maintenance charges for 12 months at Rs 1.75 per sq ft, once the allotment letter is issued.
