Alongside the image, he wrote, "iPhone Duo itna mehenga hai ki maine socha," clarifying that the post was a sarcastic, AI-generated joke about the device's price.

What Apple's New Lineup Actually Costs
The iPhone Duo starts at Rs 2,99,900 in India, with higher-storage configurations going up to Rs 4,50,000. Pre-orders open on September 12.
Alongside the foldable, Apple's iPhone 18 series was also introduced, with the standard iPhone 18 priced at Rs 99,900, while the Pro variant ranges from Rs 1,64,900 for the 256GB model to Rs 3,14,900 for the 2TB version.
Apple also launched the AirPods 5, starting at Rs 14,900, and the Apple Watch Series 12, priced from Rs 56,900, alongside the Apple Watch Ultra 4 at Rs 1,09,900.

iPhone 17 Gets Pricier Instead Of Cheaper
Contrary to expectations that the iPhone 17 would become cheaper after the new lineup launched, its price has increased. A Rs 17,000 hike has pushed the 256GB variant to Rs 99,900, while the 512GB option now costs Rs 1,24,900.
