The pricing details of the Vivo V70 series have surfaced online ahead of its launch in the third week of February. According to a post by tipster Abhishek Yadav on X, the V70 lineup will include two models, the V70 and the V70 Elite, with multiple RAM and storage configurations.

The standard V70 is tipped to be offered in two variants: the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage version, with a price tag of Rs 45,999 and the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage priced at Rs 49,999.

For buyers seeking more storage and enhanced features, the V70 Elite will reportedly come in three configurations. The 8GB RAM with 256GB storage variant will cost Rs 51,999, while the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage version will be priced at Rs 56,999. The 12GB RAM variant with 512GB storage will reportedly cost Rs 61,999.

Pre-bookings for the V70 series are set to begin on Feb. 12 and will continue until Feb. 24. The official sale window is scheduled from Feb. 25 to Feb. 28, followed by a “Superweek” promotional period running from Feb. 25 to March 3.

Vivo V70, V70 Elite Launch Date, Confirmed Specs

Vivo has confirmed that its upcoming V70 and V70 Elite smartphones will be unveiled in India on Feb. 19 at 12 p.m. Ahead of the launch, dedicated microsites for the V70 range have gone live, outlining key features and revealing that the devices will be sold via Amazon, Flipkart and Vivo's official online store.

According to the company, the upcoming Vivo V70 line-up will emphasise a sleek profile. The V70 and V70 Elite will arrive with 1.25mm bezels, touted as the narrowest among smartphones priced below Rs 50,000 in India. The devices will be encased in an aerospace-grade aluminium alloy frame for added durability and refinement.

The V70 Elite will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. The standard V70 will have a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC, promising noticeable gains in processing and GPU performance over earlier iterations. Vivo will pair the processors with LPDDR5X RAM and next-generation UFS 4.1 storage.

The V70 series will be equipped with a sizeable 6,500mAh battery, supported by 90W wired fast charging. The V70 and V70 Elite share a 6.59-inch 1.5K OLED screen delivering 459ppi clarity, a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness levels reaching 5,000 nits. The panels are also capable of reproducing over a billion colours.

Vivo has partnered with Zeiss to boost the photography credentials of the V70 lineup. The smartphones feature a three-camera rear array, comprising a 50MP Sony IMX main sensor with OIS, a 50MP telephoto lens and a Zeiss-branded ultrawide unit.  A 50MP Zeiss selfie camera sits on the front. Users will also be able to capture 4K footage at 60fps, complete with improved zoom performance.

The V70 Elite will be offered in Passion Red, Sand Beige and Authentic Black. The standard V70 will be sold in Passion Red and Lemon Yellow.
