(Bloomberg) -- AES Corp.'s renewable energy unit plans to build four solar farms for customers of PG&E Corp. in California.
AES will own and operate the 11.3 megawatts of solar power in Delano, Manteca and Bakersfield and hired Immodo Energy Services Corp. to build the plants, the Arlington, Virginia-based power producer said in a statement Thursday. They will be completed by August and supply customers of PG&E's San Francisco-based utility under a 20-year agreement.
An additional 2-megawatt solar farm was completed in the city of Lemoore, according to the statement.
