Design and technology services company Tata Elxsi has announced the schedule for announcing its financial results for Q1 FY26. Tata Elxsi caters to industries such as automotive, broadcast, healthcare, and transportation.
The Tata Group company has a presence in over 36 locations. It has expertise in emerging technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence and cloud computing.
Its financial results will help analysts and investors get a clear understanding of how it performed in Q1 and predict future trends.
Tata Elxsi Q1FY26 Results Date
In an exchange filing dated July 2, Tata Elxsi said that a meeting of its board of directors is scheduled on July 10 to consider the financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26.
“Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Tata Elxsi Limited (‘the Company') will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025” the company said in the filing.
Tata Elxsi is yet to announce the schedule for an earnings call to discuss the Q1 financial results with investors and analysts.
Tata Elxsi Q1FY26 Trading Window Closure
The trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed for designated persons from June 25 until 48 hours after the declaration of Q1 results, in compliance with SEBI guidelines on insider trading.
“Further, in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed from June 25, 2025, until the expiry of 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are declared to Stock Exchanges,” the filing said.

Shares of Tata Elxsi closed 0.53% higher at Rs 6,217.5 apiece on the NSE on Thursday, while the benchmark Nifty 50 settled at 25,405.3, down 0.19%.
