The board of ICICI Lombard GIC announced a final dividend of Rs 7 per share for the financial year 2024-25. The dividend on equity shares will be paid to the eligible shareholders after approval by the members at the ensuing AGM of the company. The overall dividend for FY25, including the proposed final dividend, is Rs 12.50 per share.

Ireda Share Price Up Ahead Of Q4 Results 

The share price of Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd. closed 9% ahead of the company's earnings announcement. The scrip ended at Rs 168.16 apiece.

Ireda had reported strong financial results for Q3 FY25. The company's revenue from operations increased by 35.57% to Rs 1,698.99 crore, while profit after tax rose by 26.77% to Rs 425.37 crore.

Ireda, a public sector enterprise, provides financial assistance and related services to projects focused on renewable energy and energy efficiency or conservation.
