Angel One Ltd. is set to announce its financial results for the quarter and full year ending March 31, 2025. The company has already notified the stock exchanges about the scheduled release of its Q4 earnings.

Angel One Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors on Wednesday, April 16, to review and approve the company's audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full financial year ended March 31, 2025.

In an exchange filing, the company stated, "Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") we hereby inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025."

Angel One also said in another exchange filing that its Board of Directors will consider recommending a final dividend for the financial year 2024-25 during the meeting on April 16.

"In continuation to our earlier intimation dated March 25, 2025, regarding intimation of the Board Meeting of the Company to be held on April 16, 2025, for consideration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, in the aforesaid meeting, will also consider the matter pertaining to recommendation of final dividend, if any, to the shareholders for the financial year 2024-25," the filing read.

Angel One announced that it will host an earnings call with analysts and investors on Thursday, April 17, at 11 a.m. IST. The management will discuss the company’s audited results for Q4 and FY25, along with key business highlights and performance insights.

Angel One has confirmed that the trading window for its equity shares will remain shut until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results. This restriction is implemented to prevent any insider trading during the sensitive pre-results period.

“Further, pursuant to the Listing Regulations and the amendments made thereto, the Trading Window in respect of equity shares of the Company will remain closed from April 01, 2025, till 48 hours from the date of declaration of the audited financial statements and results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025,” the company stated.

Angel One reported a significant drop in its third-quarter earnings for the December 2024 quarter, with consolidated gross revenue coming in at Rs 1,263.8 crore — a 16.6% decline from Rs 1,515.6 crore in the previous quarter. The company’s consolidated Ebitda also fell 30.7% sequentially to Rs 414 crore, down from Rs 597.7 crore.

Net profit after tax for Q3 stood at Rs 281.5 crore, marking a 33.5% drop from Rs 423.4 crore in the July-September 2024 period. The figures came in below market expectations, with the net profit missing Bloomberg’s estimate of Rs 297 crore.

Angel One Ltd. shares have fallen more than 5% over the last five trading sessions on the NSE. In a month, the stock has gained nearly 8% but declined 17% over the last six months. Over a year, the stock has dropped 20%. On a year-to-date basis, it has nosedived 25% in 2025 so far.
Angel One touched its 52-week high of Rs 3,503.15 on Dec. 9, 2024, while a 52-week low of Rs 1,941 was reached on Mar. 13, 2025.
