Delhi Blast Live Updates: 24 Injured
Twenty-four people were injured in the blast that took place on a busy evening when the area was milling with people. The injured were taken to the LNJP hospital, a few kilometres away, news agency PTI reported.

A National Security Guard (NSG) team arrived at the spot after the blast near Gate no 1 of the Red Fort Metro station in Delhi.
Delhi Blast Live Updates: States On High Alert
Several states including Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Kerala have been put on alert in the wake of Delhi blast. Security has been tightened across the UT of Chandigarh.
An alert has also been issued in Haryana. The government has issued instructions to all district magistrates.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, after receiving information about the incident from Director General of Police Rajiv Krishna, has given instructions to keep the entire police force on high alert and ensure intensive checking and security arrangements.
