Multinational mining company Vedanta Ltd. is set to hold a Board meeting this week to review and release its financial performance for the January-March period of FY26. The company will join dozens of other firms across sectors to share its fiscal performance for the final quarter of FY26. With its Q4 results, Vedanta will report about its mining operations, revenue, profits and other performance metrics for the period. It will also hold an earnings call later to discuss the Q4 results with investors and analysts.

In an exchange filing, Vedanta Ltd. said that "we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Wednesday, April 29." The Board will, inter alia, consider and approve the audited financial results of the company for the fourth quarter and the year ended March 31, 2026.

The company has also informed that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the company's securities shall remain closed for all “Designated Persons” from Wednesday, April 01 to Friday, May 01 (both days inclusive).

Vedanta Q3FY26 vs Q3FY25
Vedanta reported a strong performance in Q3FY26 compared to Q3FY25, with profit after tax surging 60% to Rs 7,807 crore from Rs 4,876 crore. Revenue rose 19% year-on-year to Rs 45,899 crore, up from Rs 38,526 crore. The company also recorded its highest-ever Ebitda at Rs 15,171 crore, a 34% increase from Rs 11,284 crore in the same quarter last year. Ebitda margin stood at 41%, the second-highest on record during a quarter. In Q3FY25, it stood at 34%.

Year-to-date, the stock is up 22.03%, while it has rallied 76.74% over the past one year. The 52-week high stands at Rs 795 on April 21, 2026 on NSE, and the 52-week low is Rs 398 on May 9, 2025. At 10:04 a.m. on Tuesday, Vedanta shares were trading 0.96% down at Rs 735.40 apiece on the NSE. This compares to a 0.24% rise in the benchmark Nifty 50.
