State-owned REC Limited is set to announce the financial results for the fourth quarter of FY 2025-26 this week. It is a Maharatna public sector undertaking (PSU) of the Ministry of Power. REC is registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC), Public Financial Institution (PFI) and Infrastructure Financing Company (IFC). In an exchange filing dated April 23, REC Limited said that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
Further, the Board of Directors of the company may also, inter alia, consider and recommend Final Dividend for the financial year 2025-26, if any.

REC Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
As per the Company's "Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring & reporting of trading by Designated Persons & their immediate relatives and for fair disclosure," the trading window will remain closed for trading in REC's equity shares and other listed securities from April 1, 2026, to April 30, 2026.
The trading window will open with effect from May 1, 2026. During the said closure period, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are again advised not to deal in REC's equity shares / other listed securities.

The company's net profit in December was almost flat at Rs 4,052 crore, as compared to Rs 4,076 crore in the year-ago period. The company logged a 5.4% increase in its total income to Rs 15,058 crore from Rs 14,287 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal.
REC's Gross Credit Impaired Assets Ratio was significantly registered at 0.88%, compared to 1.95% in the year-ago period. The Net Credit Impaired Assets Ratio stood at 0.20%. Total loan assets grew to Rs 5.81 lakh crore as of December 31, 2025. Moreover, the company declared a dividend of Rs 4.6 per share along with its third-quarter financial results for the financial year 2025-26.
