Titan Ltd. logged a consolidated net profit of Rs. 1,684 crore in the quarter ended December 2025, marking a 60.8% uptick as compared to Rs 1,047 crore in the year-ago period, according to the consolidated financial results declared on Tuesday.
The sharp surge in the bottomline came despite a one-time impact of Rs 152 crore, on account of the implementation of new labour codes.
The watch and jewellery firm's revenue saw a rise of 43.3% to Rs 25,416 crore compared to the previous year's Rs 17,740 crore. Its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation was up 62.1% at Rs 2,713 crore from the prior financial year's Rs 1,674 crore.
The firm's jewellery sales were up 45.6% at Rs 23,492 crore, whereas watch sales increased by 13.9% to Rs 1,295 crore. In the eyecare segment, the sales rose by 17.9% to Rs 231 crore.

Before the quarterly results were declared, shares of Titan closed 0.85% higher at Rs 4,269.10 apiece on the NSE, compared to a 0.25% rise in the benchmark Nifty.
