JSW Energy Ltd.'s net profit saw a 9% YoY (year-on-year) decline to Rs 372 crore, according to financial results from the company for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, submitted to the exchanges on Monday. The company declared its final dividend of Rs 2 per equity share.
The dividend will paid within 30 days from the date of the thirty secodn annual general meeting.
The firm's net profit was at Rs 372 crore for fiscal 2026, compared to Rs 408 crore in the year ago period. The revenue surged 41% YoY to Rs 4,499 crore, compared to the preceding financial year's Rs 3,189 crore.
The company's Ebitda (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) went up 87% YoY to Rs 2,251 crore compared to the previous fiscal's Rs 1,205 crore. The Ebitda margin was at 50% compared to 37.8% in the year prior for the same period.

JSW Energy's Q3 Results
JSW Energy's net profit surged over two-fold YoY in the quarter ending Dec. 31. The company's consolidated bottom-line came at Rs 420 crore, compared to Rs 168 crore in the year-ago period, as per an exchange filing on Friday.
Revenue from operations jumped 67.4% to Rs 4,082 crore from Rs 2,439 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal. Ebitda also saw a sharp spike and stood at Rs 2,030 crore against Rs 913.5 crore in the third quarter of fiscal 2025-26.
JSW Energy Ltd.'s share price saw a 2.55% decrease to Rs 556.65 crore at the end of the day's trade, compared to a 1.49% downturn for the NSE Nifty 50.
