Private lender ICICI Bank Ltd. is among dozens of companies set to announce their earnings this week. The bank will share its financial performance for the fourth quarter (Q4) of the recently concluded fiscal year 2025-26. This will include its revenue, profits, interest income, and other details for the January-March period.
The Q4 results will give investors a macro picture of the ICICI Bank's performance throughout FY26. The performance insights will also help to compare how the bank fared against its peers. Data on loans, non-performing assets, deposits, etc., will play a factor in assessing the broader state of the economy.

After announcing its Q4FY26, ICICI will also hold an earnings conference call for its investors to discuss the performance and FY27 outlook.
ICICI Bank Q4 Results Date And Dividend News
ICICI Bank has informed exchanges that it has scheduled a board meeting on April 18 to consider and approve the Q4FY26 results. The Board will also consider a possible dividend recommendation at this meeting.
Additionally, it will consider fund-raising proposals. This could include approving issuance of debt instruments like non-convertible debentures in India, bonds/notes or offshore deposits abroad, and setting key terms such as amount, tenure, pricing, and timing. The Board may also decide on a buyback of existing debt securities if considered beneficial within legal limits.
ICICI Bank Q4 Trading Window
To comply with norms to prevent insider trading, the bank's trading window remains closed.
"In view of the above and pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with ICICI Bank Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Bank will remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Bank (including Directors) and their immediate relatives from April 1 to April 20, 2026 (both days inclusive)," it said.

In a separate exchange filing, the bank said that it will host an earnings call with analysts and investors at 5:00 p.m. (IST) on April 18 to discuss the financial results of the Bank for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.

ICICI Bank Q3 Results
In Q3FY26, ICICI Bank reported a 7.7% jump in standalone net Interest Income (NII) at Rs 21,932 crore. Net Interest Margin (NIM) was at 4.30% from 4.25% in the same period last year. Operating expenses increased 13.2% to Rs 11,944 crore from Rs 10,552 crore in Q3FY25. Asset quality strengthened significantly, with gross NPA ratio improving to 1.53% as of Dec. 31, 2025, compared to 1.96% a year earlier.

ICICI Bank shares have seen a 2.89% rise over the last five trading sessions on the NSE and a 3.87% gain in the past month. However, the year-to-date returns have been flat and the gain over the past year is at -4.84%. The stock touched a 52-week high of Rs 1,500 on July 25, 2025, while the 52-week low of Rs 1,187.60 was logged on April 2 on NSE.
At 10:30 a.m. on Friday, ICICI Bank shares were trading 0.51% lower at Rs 1,338.60 apiece on the NSE. This compares to a 0.33% rise in the benchmark Nifty 50.
