State-owned Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL) is among dozens of companies set to announce their earnings for the third quarter of the current financial year next week. The public sector undertaking (PSU) of the Ministry of Heavy Industries will release its financial performance update for the October-December period of FY 2025-26.
The Q3FY26 results of the engineering and manufacturing company will include key performance metrics such as revenue, profitability, margins and other details. Investors and market experts will closely track these details to get insights into the company's growth prospects.
BHEL Q3 Results 2026: Date
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has been scheduled for Monday, Jan. 19. The company's Board will consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2025, BHEL informed the stock exchanges on Jan. 6.
The company has not revealed the earnings conference call details yet.
BHEL Q3 Results: Trading Window Closure
In view of the upcoming results, BHEL has also announced that the trading window to deal in its securities will remain closed for designated persons until Jan. 21.
“It is hereby informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of BHEL shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of BHEL from Thursday, Jan. 1, till 48 hours after the financial results for and up to the quarter ended Dec. 31 are filed with the stock exchanges,” the company informed the stock exchanges.
BHEL Q2FY26 Results
BHEL reported a multi-fold jump in net profit in Q2FY26 to Rs 368 crore compared to Rs 97 crore in the year-ago quarter. Revenue from operations increased to Rs 7,512 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 6,584 crore in the year-ago quarter. Ebitda nearly doubled to Rs 763 crore in the September quarter from Rs 393 crore in the same period of the preceding financial year.

In the last five trading sessions on the NSE, BHEL share price has risen 2.35%. Over the past month, it has declined 3.40%. The PSU stock registered a gain of 6.07% in the past six months, while falling 8.84% year-to-date. Over the last year, the stock has surged 22.49%.
Shares of BHEL hit a 52-week high of Rs 305. 90 apiece on the NSE on Jan. 7, 2026 and a 52-week low of Rs 176 on March 3, 2025. BHEL share price ended 0.65% lower at Rs 265.70 apiece on the NSE on Friday. This compares to a 0.11% rise in the benchmark Nifty 50.
