Bharat Forge Dividend 2025 Record Date Announced — Check Amount And Payment Date
Baba Kalyani-led Bharat Forge posted a sharp 16.38% year-on-year decline in its consolidated net profit at Rs 212.78 crore in Q3 impacted by a lower revenue during the period.

Bharat Forge has announced an interim dividend for its shareholders despite a dip in net profit for the third quarter of FY25. The auto components major reported its Q3 earnings following a board meeting on Wednesday, February 12.
In addition, the board approved an interim dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity share, with a face value of Rs 2 each, representing a dividend payout of 125%. The record date for the dividend is set for Feb. 18, with the payment scheduled to be made on or before Mar. 12.
The record date is a cutoff date set by a company's board to determine which shareholders are registered and eligible to receive a dividend.

"The interim dividend shall be paid on or before Wednesday, March 12, 2025, to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Tuesday, February 18, 202,5 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose," the company said in an exchange filing dated Feb. 12.
Bharat Forge Q3 Results
Baba Kalyani-led Bharat Forge posted a sharp 16.38% year-on-year decline in its consolidated net profit at Rs 212.78 crore in Q3 impacted by a lower revenue during the period. The company had reported a net profit of Rs 254.45 crore in the year-ago quarter. Revenue from operation fell over 10% YoY to Rs 3,475.55 crore in the quarter ending December 2024 in comparison to Rs 3,866.4 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
Ebitda dropped 5% YoY to Rs 637.8 crore from Rs 672.7 crore whereas Ebitda margin stood at 18.4%
The company’s total expenses in the third quarter came at Rs 3,165.37 crore as compared to Rs 3,529 crore in the year-ago period.
