The Screen Awards 2026 were held on Sunday in Mumbai, celebrating the finest performances and technical excellence of the past year. The ceremony turned into a grand celebration for Aditya Dhar's spy thriller Dhurandhar, which emerged as the biggest winner of the night with an impressive 14 awards. While the film swept most technical and major categories, Neeraj Ghaywan's Homebound claimed the top honour of Best Film.
The evening got an extra dose of charm and energy as Alia Bhatt took on hosting duties, joined by Zakir Khan, Sunil Grover and journalist Saurabh Dwivedi, who kept the show lively with their wit and presence.
Among the acting winners, Ranveer Singh bagged the Best Actor (Male) award for his role as an Indian spy in Dhurandhar, while Yami Gautam won Best Actor (Female) for Haq. In the supporting categories, Akshaye Khanna (Dhurandhar) and Shalini Vatsa (Homebound) took home the trophies.
