While 'Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge' eyes a massive opening, casting director Mukesh Chhabra took to X to highlight the 'rare dedication' behind the scenes. Sharing a candid moment, Chhabra revealed that director Aditya Dhar was in the studio at 2:30 AM ahead of the release of the film on March 19.

"This morning at 2:30 a.m., he was still working, giving everything to the film till the very last moment. That kind of dedication is rare, and honestly, it's inspiring."

Earlier, on 18th March, 2026, a day before the release of 'Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge', Dhar shared a heartfelt note for his 'Dhurandhar family'. Talking about the twists and emotions put into the sequel, he insisted people watch the movie in cinemas rather than on someone's phone. The key takeaway from his post was his appeal to the fans - 'Please don't share spoilers!' He emphasised that every fan has their own journey as they walk into the theatre, so they can feel every emotion. He also teased the fans by writing "Oh, and one more thing. Don't leave your seats until the credits have stopped rolling ????" This sparked intense speculation among fans with a possible 'post-credit' scene.

However, the movie's paid previews faced significant challenges on Wednesday. Technical glitches led to the cancellation of several paid previews across South India. The director issued a formal apology, claiming that shows were delayed to the next morning for Malayalam and Kannada. He wrote, "If the dubbed version you have tickets for is not currently playing at your cinema, you will have an option for a refund or to watch the Hindi version with subtitles instead."
