ENHYPEN member Heeseung has officially announced that he will be leaving the group, according to a statement released by the agency Belift Lab on March 10, 2026. The label confirmed that the group will continue its activities as a six-member act, while Heeseung begins a new chapter as a solo artist.

In its statement, the agency said the decision came after long discussions about the future direction of both the group and the individual members. Belift Lab explained that Heeseung has a clear vision for his musical journey and that the company decided to support his aspirations.

The agency said, “Through deep conversations about each member's vision for the future and the team's direction, we confirmed that Heeseung has a clear musical path he wishes to pursue.” It added, “After careful consideration, we decided to respect his aspirations.”

While Heeseung will no longer be part of ENHYPEN's group promotions, the company confirmed that he will remain under Belift Lab and will soon focus on releasing a solo album. The agency also assured fans that ENHYPEN will continue their official schedule and performances with six members.

24-year old Heeseung also shared a heartfelt message for fans and his fellow members following the announcement. Reflecting on his journey, he thanked both the group and their supporters for being part of his career so far.

In his message, he said, “Thanks to the members with whom I shared countless emotions, and to ENGENE, who always filled every empty space with their support, I was able to take step after step toward a dream that once felt out of reach.”

He also revealed that he is already working on new music and hopes to reconnect with fans soon. “I am working hard on an album so I can meet you all again soon. I will move forward with the love from ENGENE always in my heart,” he added.

Heeseung began his career with ENHYPEN in November 2020 after gaining recognition through the survival program I-LAND. The group made their debut in the music industry with the album Border: Day One, which helped them reach fans across the world.

Earlier this year, ENHYPEN released their seventh mini album THE SIN: VANISH on January 16. The release is now expected to be remembered as the group's final project as a seven-member lineup.

With this change, ENHYPEN will move forward as six members, while Heeseung prepares for his solo debut. Fans will soon get to see him perform and share his music as a solo artist.
