Prime Video has released the first teaser trailer for Vought Rising, the new spin-off set in the world of The Boys. The upcoming series will take viewers back to the 1950s and explore how Vought International first began its rise.
Vought Rising Teaser
The teaser opens with a younger Soldier Boy (Jensen Ackles) expressing his desire to become a hero. “I wanna fight for the flag. I wanna be a hero,” he says in one of the trailer's key moments.
Clara (Aya Cash) responds with a chilling line: “There is a brighter future. All we need to do is take it.”
The trailer keeps dialogue minimal but focuses heavily on action, violence and the dark atmosphere that fans of The Boys are familiar with.

Story Focus On Vought's Origins
According to creator Eric Kripke, the series is described as a twisted murder mystery that explores how Vought International first rose to power.
The teaser focuses heavily on the early days of Compound V experiments, secret military operations and violent superhero testing. Several scenes hint at disturbing human experiments and the creation of the first generation of supes.
New And Returning Cast
Jensen Ackles returns as Soldier Boy, while Aya Cash reprises her role as Stormfront, who is still known as Clara Vought in this timeline.
The footage also introduces new characters, including Bombsight, Torpedo and Private Angel, played by Mason Dye, Will Hochman and Elizabeth Posey.
Other cast members include KiKi Layne, Jorden Myrie, Nicolo Pasetti, Ricky Staffieri and Brian J. Smith.
Expanding The Boys Universe
The spin-off arrives shortly after the finale of The Boys and continues expanding the franchise's violent and politically charged superhero world.
The teaser also hints at Soldier Boy and Clara's complicated relationship long before the events of the original series. Fans also get brief glimpses of Sage Grove Center and early Vought experiments connected to Compound V.

The series is being produced by Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios, with Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg among the executive producers.
Vought Rising is currently scheduled to premiere on Prime Video in 2027.
