The official trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which marks the fourth solo film for the franchise of featuring Tom Holland as the superhero, released on Wednesday.

After releasing bits and pieces of the trailer in an innovative way to bring the community and fans together as they try to solve the puzzle and gather pieces, the complete trailer has been released and it trailer features a 2.5-minute-long video that opens up on the aftermath of the world forgetting Peter Parker in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Peter now tries to live a normal and quiet life while figuring out his relationships with his best friend Ned and then-girlfriend MJ.

The trailer opens with a scene of Peter visibly carrying the weight of the consequences of the memory-erasing spell. The scene is followed by Peter holding a letter and tearfully looking at Ned. The voiceover says, "You don't remember me, but we used to know each other."

The emotional tone of the trailer quickly intensifies as Peter is seen back in action, swinging through buildings in New York. The action scenes are followed by a clear introduction of Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle (Punisher).

In another scene, capturing one of the major highlights of the movie, Peter Parker is seen struggling with his webs. A scene shows him trapped in spider webs and then hanging upside down from his apartment, caught in those webs. Following these events, the trailer introduces Dr Banner, played by Mark Ruffalo, who is approached by Peter Parker.

Banner, who is seen as a calm professor, addresses the confusing things happening to Peter Parker and hints at 'DNA-mutation.' While Sadie Sink's character was not introduced in the trailer, Peter Parker is seen fighting a greater threat amid his own 'spider-mutation' possibilities.
