Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge continues its historic run at the box office, even as weekday trends begin to slow down in its third week. As of Day 21, the film has collected around Rs 3.39 crore, taking its total India net collection to approximately Rs 1,036.76 crore, while the India gross stands at Rs 1,241.21crore.

The film is currently running across 7,891 shows nationwide, showing a clear drop in screen count compared to its peak days. Occupancy too has dipped to around 12.2% overall on Day 21, reflecting a typical weekday slowdown after a massive opening run.

The journey, however, has been extraordinary. The film opened with Rs 43 crore in paid previews (Day 0) and jumped to Rs 102.55 crore on Day 1. It maintained strong momentum over its first weekend, with Day 3 and Day 4 collections crossing Rs 113 crore and Rs 114.85 crore respectively. In fact, Day 4 recorded the highest occupancy at 76.1%, marking the peak of audience turnout.

Week 1 closed at a massive Rs 674.17 crore, followed by a still-impressive Rs 263.65 crore in Week 2. The third weekend showed a temporary jump again, with Day 18 earning Rs 28.25 crore. However, weekday collections dropped sharply, with Day 19 and Day 20 bringing in around Rs 10 crore each. Day 21 has recorded the lowest occupancy so far at just around 9–12%, indicating the natural decline phase.

Language-wise, the film remains heavily driven by the Hindi version, which contributed Rs 3.24 crore on Day 21 alone from 7,449 shows, with occupancy around 12%. The Tamil and Telugu versions are seeing limited traction, earning Rs 0.06 crore and Rs 0.09 crore respectively, though Tamil regions like Chennai have shown relatively better occupancy at around 19%.

Region-wise, cities like Pune (13%), Mumbai (11%), and Jaipur (11%) are performing relatively better, while others like Surat (3%) and Ahmedabad (5%) remain on the lower side. Chennai stands out with around 16% occupancy in Hindi shows, indicating some southern hold despite lower overall numbers.

Directed by Aditya Dhar and starring Ranveer Singh alongside R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Sanjay Dutt, the film's strong word-of-mouth, action-packed narrative, and patriotic theme initially drove massive footfalls. Weekend spikes and festive timing also boosted collections early on.

While weekday dips are now evident, Dhurandhar 2 has already secured its blockbuster status. The key question remains whether it can sustain enough momentum in the coming days to push closer to the record of the highest-grossing movie.
