The forecast mentions a model error of four days, meaning that monsoon could reach Kerala anytime between May 22 to May 30. In a release issued on Friday, May 15, IMD said, "This year, the southwest monsoon is likely to set in over Kerala on 26th May with a model error of ± 4 days."
