The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) declared the Gujarat Board Result 2026 for HSC (Class 12) examinations on May 4 at 10 am. Students can check their Gujarat Board results online via the official website gseb.org by entering their 6-digit seat number. Students can also check their Gujarat Board 12th Result 2026 via SMS, WhatsApp, DigiLocker.

This year, nearly 15,27,724 students appeared for Gujarat Board Class 10 and Class 12 examinations across 1,701 exam centres in the state. To pass the Gujarat Board Class 12 exam, students need to secure a minimum of 33 per cent marks in each subject and an aggregate of 33 per cent overall. Also, they must obtain a minimum grade of ‘D' in all subjects.

GSEB HSC Results 2025 Highlights: Previous year HSC total passing percentage
During the HSC General stream exams, 362,506 students took part, marking a decrease of nearly 15,762 students compared to the previous year, 2024. In the General stream, girls performed better than boys, achieving a pass rate of 95.23%, whereas boys recorded a pass rate of 90.78%.
In the HSC Science stream exams, 100,575 students participated, which represents a decline of approximately 10,557 students from 2024. In the Science stream, boys outperformed girls, attaining a pass rate of 83.79%, in contrast to girls who had a pass rate of 83.20%.
