Air India has strongly refuted reports alleging that it has suspended all international flights until July due to fuel shortages, calling the rumours “malicious” and “completely false.”
In a statement issued on X, the airline clarified that its international operations remain fully functional and that no blanket cancellation of overseas services has been announced.
The clarification came after a viral social media post falsely claimed that ‘Air India had halted all international flights until July due to fuel shortages', triggering confusion and concern among travellers.
Dismissing the reports as fabricated and misleading, the airline urged passengers not to fall for unverified information circulating online.

Reiterating that passenger safety and operational stability remain its highest priorities, Air India said any genuine service-related updates would be communicated officially through authorised platforms only.
