The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is anticipated to announce the February 2026 Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) results soon. Once available, candidates who took part in the exam will be able to check and download their scorecards from the board's official website - ctet.nic.in.

CTET Feb 2026 Result Announcement Date

Following previous trends, candidates can look forward to the results being released in the final week of March 2026. The CTET results are typically disclosed within four to six weeks post-examination.

How To Access CTET Result?

Follow these steps to check and download CTET results

Step 1: Navigate to the official site ctet.nic.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the "Login: CTET Feb 2026 Result" link.

Step 3: Input your registration ID and password.

Step 4: Your scorecard and results will be presented on the screen.

Step 5: Download and keep it for future reference.

Minimum passing marks

The CTET results will be determined based on the final answer key. Candidates need to achieve a minimum of 60% marks to pass. However, individuals who belong to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and differently-abled categories can avail themselves of a 5% relaxation in the qualifying score.

Exam dates and challenge window

The CTET 2026 examination took place for two papers – paper 1 (for Class 1 to 5) and paper 2 (for Class 6 to 8). The CTET scores will be utilized for applications to central government schools, including KVS, NVS, central Tibetan schools, and educational institutions under the administrative oversight of UTs such as Chandigarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, as well as the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, and the NCT of Delhi.

On March 12, the CBSE unveiled the provisional CTET 2026 answer keys alongside the scanned copies of candidates' OMR sheets. Candidates were allotted time until March 15 to submit objections regarding the CTET 2026 answer key.
