Uber sold 61.2 crore shares for Rs 50.44 apiece, a 9.2% discount to the company's closing price on Aug. 2.
Fidelity Investment bought 5.45 crore shares for Rs 50.26 apiece and ICICI Prudential bought 4.5 crore shares for Rs 50.25 apiece, according to data from the Bombay Stock Exchange.
As on June 30, Uber held 7.78% stake in Zomato, as per BSE data.
