The tailor-made relaxing space is located next to the 080 international lounge in Terminal 2. It promotes core values of the GenZ like inclusivity, authenticity, and connection, making it an immersive experience for all ages and moods.
"Inspired by values of inclusivity, authenticity and connection, the lounge brings together comfort, culture and community in a way that feels intuitive and welcoming across age groups," said George Bennet Kuruvilla, chief executive officer of Bangalore Airport Services Ltd.
He added that by inviting young Indians to name Gate Z, the airport promotes the philosophy of co-creation while ensuring that the space is sculpted by the mindset it represents and stays "relevant, expressive and people-first".

Those looking for upbeat, energy-driven and colourful settings can find a seat at the retro-themed 'Subway Diner', which is studded with live counters and offers a playful environment.
The Amphizone, a modern amphitheatre, is the place to be for a social-first experience before taking off. It is designed for screenings, pop-ups and spontaneous gatherings.

Lastly, to brighten up the airport experience, Gate Z provides loungers with AI-led features for simplifying navigation and personalisation.
