Anthropic, the leading artificial intelligence company and developer of the Claude AI series, has launched a free online learning platform. The platform offers self-study courses for developers, students, educators and AI enthusiasts. The training is hosted on Anthropic's official Skilljar portal and can be easily accessed in a few steps.
Users can access a variety of courses, including basic guides like Claude 101, which teach how to use the Claude AI assistant for everyday tasks. According to Anthropic, Skilljar has been designed as a learning management system that organises all course materials in one place.
It allows interactive learning, tracks user progress and ensures learners can easily access resources. The platform is designed to make AI training simple and accessible for users.

Which Courses Are Being Offered?
Anthropic's free AI courses can be accessed via its official portal: anthropic.skilljar.com. Users can pick from a variety of courses focused on AI fluency and other related topics.

How Skilljar Platform Treats User Data?
According to the Anthropic website, Skilljar tracks basic learning information like course progress, lesson completion, quiz scores and time spent on materials. This data will be used by the platform in monitoring the progress of the users and issuing completion certificates.
“Skilljar only tracks your learning progress within this course platform, while your Anthropic account manages your access to the Anthropic Console and/or Claude AI services,” the company explained, noting the difference between the two platforms.
Anthropic also confirmed that Skilljar follows strict data protection practices and allows users to delete their learning activity as per their needs. One can request the deletion of their learning activity by emailing education-support@anthropic.com, or they can delete their entire Skilljar account by contacting support@skilljar.com.
