Cristiano Ronaldo-led Al Nassr are on a relentless march to the Saudi Pro League title, with the league-leaders currently on a 20-match winning run across competitions. That streak, including 16 straight league wins, has fired Al Nassr to the top of the league table, with a five-point cushion over unbeaten Al Hilal.
On Sunday, May 3, Al Nassr will be looking to extend their record winning run when they face Al Qadsiah, who are enjoying a second successful season back in the Saudi top flight.
With just four games to go, including a potential title-decider against Al Hilal in the penultimate round, Al Nassr have little margin for error. However, Jorge Jesus' side have barely put a foot wrong, since losing 3-1 to Al Hilal back on Jan 12, which sparked their winning run.
Their latest result was a 2-0 victory over third-placed Al Ahli, with Ronaldo and Kingsley Coman scoring late to seal a crucial result against a direct rival.

It was a performance that reinforced both their attacking depth and defensive discipline, with Al Nassr leading the league in goals scored (81), while also conceding the least (21).
Al Qadsiah, meanwhile, have been one of the standout stories of the campaign. Having secured promotion last season and with Brendan Rodgers taking charge in December 2025, they have emerged as genuine contenders for a top-three finish and AFC Champions League Elite qualification.
With 65 points and just three defeats all season, they are just one point behind newly crowned AFC Champions League Elite champions Al Ahli who sit third with a game in hand.
Rodgers' side head into this contest on the back of a commanding 4-0 away win over Al Riyadh, a timely response after a run of two draws and a defeat. Their attacking unit, led by Mateo Retegui and Julián Quiñones, has been central to their success, with 71 goals scored so far this season.
The reverse fixture earlier this season adds another layer to this contest. Al Qadsiah stunned Al Nassr 2-1 at Al-Awwal Park in January, with Quiñones and Nahitan Nández on target. That defeat remains one of only three suffered by Al Nassr in the league this season.
Players To Watch
Cristiano Ronaldo (Al Nassr): Ronaldo continues to lead from the front, scoring in the win over Al Ahli and moving to 970 career goals, just 30 short of the historic 1000-goal career milestone. At 41, Ronaldo has been in a rich vein of form, scoring 25 goals in 26 league matches this season.
Mateo Retegui (Al Qadsiah): The 27-year-old Italian striker has been a consistent focal point in Al Qadsiah's attack this season. Retegui's movement and finishing have been central to their attacking output, with the former Atalanta forward scoring 16 goals in 28 appearances.
