Fresh Covid-19 cases fell to 1,604 in the last 24 hours according to the Health Ministry's update as of 8 a.m. on Oct. 30. That compares with single-day recoveries of 2,081 and eight deaths in the last 24 hours.India's active case tally now stands at 18,317, lowest since June 1.
