• Revenue up 9.8% at Rs 222 crore versus Rs 202 crore

• EBIT down 1.8% at Rs 9.8 crore versus Rs 10 crore

• EBIT Margin at 4.4% versus 4.9%

• Net profit down 11% at Rs 20.4 crore versus Rs 22.9 crore

The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.25 per share for FY25, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company. The dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration. The Record date / book closure, as the case may be, would be intimated in due course separately.
