The earnings season for the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26 will kickstart with TCS releasing its results on July 10.

As many as 17 companies, including public sector renewable energy financier IREDA and IT giant TCS, are expected to declare their earnings for the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26 (Q1FY26) on July 10.
The earnings season for the first quarter of FY 2025-26 will kickstart for the Nifty50 constituents with TCS releasing its results on Thursday.
Apart from IREDA and TCS, many other NSE- and BSE-listed companies have also announced their Board Meetings this week to consider and approve results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
These results are a review of the companies’ performance for the April-June quarter. The Q1 results would offer insights into the companies’ financial health, growth prospects, debts, challenges and other details. Analysts study Q1 earnings to evaluate the overall economic and sectoral trends of various industries.
Besides the quarterly results, TCS has also announced its investor conference call to address its Q1FY26 results and other business-related matters.

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd. (IREDA) Q4FY25 Results
In Q4FY25, IREDA reported year-on-year revenue growth of 37% to Rs 1,904 crore compared to Rs 1,391 crore in Q4FY24. Its operating profit surged 55% YoY to Rs 770 crore from Rs 498 crore in the year-ago period. Net profit (PAT) stood at Rs 502 crore in Q4FY25, marking a 49% increase over Rs 337 crore in the same period of the preceding fiscal.
Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. Q4FY25 Results
Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (TCS) reported its Q4FY25 results with a modest revenue growth of 5.3% year-on-year, reaching Rs 64,479 crore compared to Rs 61,237 crore in Q4FY24. The IT giant’s consolidated net profit declined 1.69% YoY to Rs 12,224 crore in the March 2025 quarter from Rs 12,434 crore in the year-ago period.
