In a stock exchange filing earlier this month, ONGC said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 21 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The Board will also consider the recommendation of the final dividend, if any, for FY25.
ONGC Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
In compliance with SEBI guidelines to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 1 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for Q4 and FY25.

ONGC reported a 6.9% year-on-year (YoY) decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs 9,783.64 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 10,511.23 crore in Q3 FY24. Total income fell 1.5% YoY to Rs 1,68,507.77 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 1,71,113.09 crore in the year-ago quarter.
