In a filing dated July 30, NBCC (India) Ltd. informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, Aug. 7, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 2025.
The Board will also consider a proposal for the declaration of the first interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26.
NBCC Q1 Results: Trading Window Closure
NBCC (India) Ltd. has said that its trading window has been closed from July 1, 2025, under the company’s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
Accordingly, all persons covered under the company’s code of conduct have been asked not to engage in any transactions involving NBCC (India) Ltd. shares during the trading window closure period, the company informed the bourses.
NBCC Q4 FY25 Results
The state-owned construction firm reported a 16.2% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue in Q4FY25 at Rs 4,643 crore from Rs 3,996 crore in the year-ago period. Its Ebitda grew by 19.4% to Rs 290 crore compared to Rs 243 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal. The operating margin stood at 6.2%, slightly higher than 6.1% in the year-ago period. Net profit rose 29.3% to Rs 176 crore from Rs 136 crore in Q4FY24.
