Gland Pharma Ltd. reported a strong performance for the first quarter of fiscal 2027, with consolidated net profit rising 47% year-on-year to Rs 317 crore, compared with Rs 216 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, according to an exchange filing on Monday.
Consolidated revenue from operations increased 19.6% Year On Year to Rs 1,800 crore in the quarter, up from Rs 1,506 crore a year earlier, indicating continued growth across the company's business segments.

Operating performance also improved during the quarter. Consolidated EBITDA rose 32.8% YoY to Rs 489 crore from Rs 368 crore in the year-ago period.
The company's EBITDA margin expanded to 27.2% in the June quarter, compared with 24.4% in the same quarter last year.
The improvement in profitability came alongside stronger revenue growth, resulting in a 280-basis-point expansion in operating margin.
The sharp rise in EBITDA, ahead of revenue growth, reflects improved operating leverage and stronger profitability during the quarter.

Gland Pharma is a Hyderabad-based pharmaceutical company engaged in the development, manufacturing and marketing of injectable formulations.
