The initial public offering (IPO) of Gaudium IVF and Women Health Ltd. witnessed strong demand on the third and last day of bidding on Tuesday, Feb. 24. The mainboard issue was overall subscribed 7.27 times, driven by Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs).
The IPO received bids for 10,63,50,489 shares against 1,46,20,340 shares on offer, as per NSE data.
Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) booked their quota 1.62 times. The retail portion of the IPO was subscribed 7.6 times, while the NIIs booked their segment 14.05 times.
The price band for the IPO was set between Rs 75 and Rs 79 per share. The Gaudium IVF IPO, which opened for subscription on Feb. 20, was a book-building issue worth Rs 165 crore. The IPO comprised a fresh issue of 1.14 crore shares, amounting to Rs 90 crore, and an offer-for-sale (OFS) component of 95 lakh shares, aggregating Rs 75 crore.
Following the closure of the subscription window, the company is expected to finalise the IPO share allotment status on Feb. 25. Gaudium IVF and Women Health Ltd. is scheduled to process refunds to non-allottees on Feb. 25. Shares will be transferred to the demat accounts of successful bidders on Feb. 26.
Shares of Gaudium IVF are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on Feb. 27.
The company operates fertility treatment centres across 30 locations, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Ludhiana, Srinagar and Patna.
